Have been associated with Prayosha since March 2017.

 

After having worked with investment banks J.P Morgan and HDFC, I joined my partner in starting Pursuit Academy, a one stop coaching centre for all the commerce courses. We have branches at Goregaon (W), Malad (E) and Vile Parle (E). Apart from the academic syllabus, we have also created short finance courses in trading, Microsoft office, interview skills etc. to help our students become more employable. We also have a career counselling vertical which handles career guidance in India and abroad.

I am also Managing Partner at Scientia Academy, a coaching centre that specialises in International Board coaching located at Lokhandwala, Andheri (W).

Prayosha was introduced to me by our school Principal, Mrs. Mukherjee at a time when we were conducting a career guidance seminar in school. I then met Hetal Patel, who is the heart and soul of Prayosha and was very impressed about how he constantly thought of giving back to society. Prayosha didn't leave my mind for days after I met him and so I decided to be a part of it and do my bit for the underprivileged kids and help towards the betterment of the society. What I loved about Prayosha is the transparency with which work is done. Every member is aware of every penny spent and every penny received. It's an NGO but for all of us, it's now a family and I can't be more thankful to that day where I decided to be a part of it.
